Now in the development stage, WorkEmotions is Gosling International's comprehensive workplace training program on emotional skills development for organizations seeking an in-house across enterprise solution.

Organizations will purchase the rights to use our emotional wealth content in their skills development programs.

Initially, training will be provided to human resource/human development personnel by Dr. Mike & Karen Gosling. In-house trainers will then conduct the learning modules in the manner best suited to the organization.

Online access will be granted to a dedicated website housing all WorkEmotions training material, including audio, video, workbooks, and online assessment of emotional intelligence.

Content will meet all criteria set down for Australian government employee training grants.

The program will become available in January 2011.
